She showed such understanding to my mother when she was facing having to sell my parents' home of 50 years by herself.

She was quick to respond to any requests we made, even when she was out of the state!!!

When my father passed away the same week my parents were moving out of their home, Kathy was quick to off her condolences and reschedule our appointment with her to a suitable day after the funeral.
